If you're having trouble accessing your account: Some former Vivint Solar customers have reportedly experienced difficulties during the account migration. If you can't access your account or are getting inconsistent information, contact Sunrun customer service directly and explain that you're a former Vivint Solar customer. Vivint Solar primarily offered solar through leases and PPAs (Power Purchase Agreements), though they also offered purchase and loan options. Your exit strategy depends on your contract type.
